Refund Policy

Creating an account gives you a 7-day free trial of the Essentials plan, and it does not ask for a card. You get the product during the trial, nothing is charged, and the trial never turns into a paid subscription by itself.

We designed it this way on purpose: you evaluate the Service with real auction data, on real properties, before handing over a payment method at all. That is stronger than a refund promise, because there is no surprise charge you would need a refund from. When you decide to subscribe, you are charged that day and you know it.

This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Downgrading or cancelling stops future renewals; it does not generate a refund of the period already paid for.

You can cancel at any time from your account, or by writing to contact@taxdeediq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.

If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, write to us. We would rather hear from you than have you file a dispute with your bank, and we answer every message.

We may sell subscriptions through a payment provider that acts as the merchant of record — the authorised reseller of the Service. When that is the case, the reseller appears on your card statement and on your invoice, and that reseller’s own buyer terms and refund rules also apply to your purchase, alongside this policy.

In practice this can only work in your favour: a reseller may grant a refund in situations where this policy alone would not. Nothing here removes any right you have under the reseller’s terms or under the law of your country or state.

Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and charges you did not authorise are not covered by the non-refundable rule — they are billing errors and we refund them in full. Write to contact@taxdeediq.com with the date and amount and we will investigate and correct it.

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open, since the payment is reversed in the meantime. Contacting us first is faster for both sides and does not affect any right you have to dispute the charge afterwards.
