Privacy Policy

Eiai Solutions LTDA (Brazil) is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about any privacy matter at contact@taxdeediq.com.

Data you give us

• Account: e-mail address and a password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in readable form).
• Profile (optional): full name, phone number and ZIP/postal code.
• Marketing contact: the e-mail address you submit in forms on our public pages.
• Support: anything you send us by e-mail.

Data created as you use the Service

• Product content: your saved properties, lists, notes, target bids, portfolio and CRM records.
• Usage analytics: pages viewed, clicks on calls-to-action, an anonymous session identifier, timestamp, approximate origin and whether the visitor was signed in. We use this to measure the funnel.
• Technical: IP address and browser/device information, processed by our hosting provider for delivery and security.

Payment data

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We never receive or store your card number. We keep only the customer and subscription identifiers, the plan, its status and the billing period.

• To provide the Service (create your account, authenticate you, store your work) — performance of our contract with you.
• To bill you and manage subscriptions — performance of the contract and legal obligation.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and debug failures — our legitimate interest.
• To measure and improve the product and the funnel — our legitimate interest, using aggregated or pseudonymous data.
• To send you e-mail about your account (always) and about the product (only where permitted, and you may unsubscribe at any time) — contract and, for marketing, consent or legitimate interest.
• To comply with the law and to establish or defend legal claims — legal obligation and legitimate interest.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

We use a strictly necessary cookie/local storage entry to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as language. These cannot be switched off without breaking the Service.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how the public pages perform. It sets its own cookies and sends usage data to Google. In addition, we record page views and call-to-action clicks in our own database (first-party) rather than relying solely on a third party.

You can block cookies in your browser and can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not affect your access to the Service.

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the Service, each under a contract:

• Cloud database and authentication — stores your account and product data.
• Hosting and content delivery — serves the application.
• Payment processing — handles cards and subscriptions.
• E-mail delivery — sends account and product e-mail.
• Analytics — measures usage of the public pages.
• Owner look-up providers — only when a subscriber requests a search.

We may also disclose data when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify you.

Our providers operate in the United States and other countries, so your data is processed outside your country of residence. Where the law requires it, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses to protect that data.

We keep account and product data for as long as your account exists. After you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer to comply with tax, accounting or legal obligations, or to defend a legal claim. Aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your data; to access it; to correct it; to delete it; to receive a portable copy; to object to or restrict processing; to withdraw consent; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

How to exercise them: write to contact@taxdeediq.com from the address on your account. We respond within the period required by applicable law and never charge for it. To delete your account and all associated data, send us a request from your account e-mail and we will confirm once it is done.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on managed infrastructure with access controls. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the Service, and record-level rules prevent one customer from reading another customer’s data.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.

The Service is for business use by adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy. If a change is material we will notify you by e-mail or in the Service before it takes effect. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. See also our Terms of Service.
